摘要
在我国,针对学生贫困问题,经济资助为千万学子求学提供了学业保障。然而,资助育人问题也逐渐显现,如资助育人理念亟需与时俱进,育人载体与过程监督有待完善。另一方面,缺乏育人认知、校园文化缺少资助育人氛围和缺少资助励志标杆等问题不容忽视。研究表明,通过建设校园文化增加资助育人元素,宣传受助励志标杆,弘扬资助育人理念,丰富资助育人载体,完善育人监督机制等必要措施,可促使资助育人工作顺利开展,促进贫困生成长成才。
It is well-known that in our country,the payment system of universities has been adopted for more than twenty years.According to students poverty problems,financial aid has successfully supported millions of students to finish their study.However,some problems are getting more and more prominent.For example,financial aid and education concept needs to keep advance with the times.Education carrier and process supervision needs to be improved.On the other hand,it is clear that there exist some phenomena such as lack of education cognition,shortage of funding and inspirational benchmark.Similarly,campus cultural atmosphere of education funding can not be ignored.Research illustrates that it is essential to increase the funding for education elements through constructing campus culture propaganda,promote recipients inspirational benchmark,enrich the aid and education carrier.The purpose is to perfect the education supervision mechanism,propaganda aid and education necessity.
