摘要
医护人员的语言文化素养对于整个医疗行业的健康运行和发展有着极大的影响。由于医护职业的特殊性,对其专业技术有严格的要求,其实人文素养方面的要求暗含在日常工作的方方面面,不容小觑。语言文化素养是构成人文素养的必要组成部分,对医护人员综合素质的提升起到基础支撑作用。然而医护人员的培训过程中往往只重视专业素养教育,忽视语言文化素养的培育。文章对医护人员的语言文化现状以及影响提升医护人员语言文化素养的因素进行了研究与总结,并阐明了提升医护人员语言文化素养的相关对策:创新培训理念和方式、增强医护人员自主学习语言的意识、积极发挥传统文化优势影响力、营造良好的医患沟通环境。
Medical Staff's Language and Cultural Literacy will have a great influence on the healthy operation and development of the entire medical industry in the future.Due to the particularity of doctors'profession,there are higher requirements for their humanistic quality.Language and cultural literacy is a necessary component of humanistic literacy,which plays a basic supporting role in improving the comprehensive quality of medical students.However,in the process of training medical staff,they often only attach importance to professional quality education and neglect the cultivation of language and cultural quality.This paper studies and summarizes the current situation of medical staff's language and culture and the factors that affect the improvement of medical staff's language and culture literacy,and expounds the relevant countermeasures to improve medical staff's language and culture literacy:innovating teaching concepts and teaching methods,enhancing medical staff's awareness of autonomous language learning,actively exerting the influence of traditional culture advantages,and creating a good doctor-patient comunication environment.
