摘要
行政事业单位的管理工作对自身工作效率、工作质量的影响是十分显著的,所以在实践中需要强调自身管理的创新与进步。从目前掌握的资料来看,行政事业单位的行政事务管理要不断地进步,需要强调工作创新,同时,要重视内部管理水平的提升,要实现工作创新机制和内部管控的有效对接,这样相关工作的实施稳定性和有效性会更加突出。论文对行政事业单位行政事务管理工作创新机制和内部管控对策进行具体分析与讨论,旨在为当前的工作实践提供指导和帮助。
The management work of administrative institutions has a significant impact on their own work efficiency and quality,so they need to emphasize the innovation and progress of their own management in practice.Judging from the information currently available,the administrative affairs management of administrative institutions needs to make continuous progress,and they need to emphasize work innovation.At the same time,they should pay attention to the improvement of internal management level,and realize the effective docking of work innovation mechanism and internal control,so that the implementation stability and effectiveness of related work will be more prominent.This paper specifically analyzes and discusses the innovation mechanism of administrative affairs management work and the internal control countermeasures in administrative institutions,aiming to provide guidance and help for the current work practice.
