摘要
目的:探讨背侧入路与侧方入路手术固定在指骨骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的84例指骨骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。两组均行微型钢板侧方固定治疗,对照组行背侧切口内固定,试验组行侧方切口内固定。对比两组骨折愈合时间、疼痛程度、患指活动功能、术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后NRS(疼痛数字评分法)评分、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,患指活动功能优良率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与背侧入路相比,对指骨骨折患者行侧方入路微型钢板侧方固定治疗可减轻术后疼痛程度,减少并发症发生,术后患指活动功能恢复更佳,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dorsal and lateral approach surgical fixation in treatment of phalangeal fractures.Method:A total of 84 patients with phalangeal fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 42 cases.Both groups were treated with lateral fixation with miniature steel plates,the control group was fixed with dorsal incision,and the experimental group was fixed with lateral incision.The fracture healing time,pain level,active function of the affected finger,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative NRS score and postoperative complication rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the excellent and good rate of activity function of the affected fingers in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the dorsal approach,lateral approach microplate steel plate lateral fixation for patients with phalanx fracture can reduce postoperative pain,reduce complications,and improve postoperative recovery of finger activity and function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
