摘要
目的分析在手外科内固定术中应用新型手术多功能透视桌的临床价值。方法抽选于2016年1月至2019年12月我院收治的手外科内固定术患者80例,根据双盲法均分为对照组和研究组,各40例。两组患者均接受C型臂X线机引导下克氏针或微型钢板内固定治疗,其中研究组接受新型手术多功能透视桌,对照组接受传统不锈钢手外科桌。评价及对比两组的手术时长、透视次数、医生满意率。结果研究组的手术时长、透视次数均少于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组的医生满意率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论在手外科内固定术中应用新型手术多功能透视桌,可减少操作时间与透视次数,术野清晰,提高手术高效性及安全性,医生满意度高,是一种满意的应用选择。
Objective To analyze clinical value of new type multifunctional fluoroscopy table in hand surgery.Methods The paper chose 80 case hand surgery internal fixation patients from January 2016 to December 2019.According to double blind method,80 patients were divided them into control group and research group,40 cases in each respectively.Two groups were treated with C-arm X-ray machine guided by Kirschner needle or micro plate internal fixation,among which research group received new type multi-functional fluoroscopy table,and control group received traditional stainless steel hand surgery table.Length of operation,number of fluoroscopy and satisfaction degree of doctors were evaluated and compared.Results Operation time,numbers of fluoroscopy in study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion New type of multi-functional fluoroscopy table can reduce operation time and numbers of fluoroscopy in hand surgery,with clear operation field,and improve efficiency and operation safety,with higher satisfaction of doctors,which is a satisfactory choice of application and worthy of clinical development.
