摘要 目的对掌骨骨折采用微型钢板螺钉内固定方法治疗的效果进行探讨。方法选取该院2012年1月—2017年12月收治的28例,采用微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗,对该组患者治疗效果进行观察。结果治疗效果方面,该组中,优17例(60.71%)、良9例(32.14%)、差2例(7.14%),优良率92.86%;在住院时间、愈合时间及总主动屈曲度方面,该组分别为(5.19±2.06)d、(52.66±17.43)d、(148.43±48.26)°;术后并发症发生率方面,该组中4例患者出现并发症,发生率为14.29%。结论对掌骨骨折采用微型钢板螺钉内固定方法治疗,可加快骨折愈合,减少相关并发症发生,治疗效果较好,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of mini-plate screw internal fixation on metacarpal fractures. Methods Twenty-eight patients admitted to the hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were treated with micro-plate screw internal fixation. The therapeutic effects of this group of patients were observed. Results In terms of treatment effect, in this group, excellent in 17 cases (60.71%), good in 9 cases (32.14%), and poor in 2 cases (7.14%), the excellent and good rate was 92.86%; in hospitalization time, healing time and total active flexion in terms of this group, (5.19±2.06)d, (52.66±17.43)d, (148.43±48.26)°; in terms of postoperative complication rate, 4 patients in this group had complications, the incidence rate was 14.29%. Conclusion The treatment of metacarpal fractures with mini-plate screw internal fixation can accelerate fracture healing, reduce the occurrence of related complications, and has a good therapeutic effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.
