摘要
目的为了提高粉碎性关节周围掌指骨骨折的治疗效果,分析采取微型钢板内固定治疗价值和意义。方法通过随机数字表的方法从2016年3月—2017年3月期间来该院骨科治疗的粉碎性关节周围掌指骨骨折患者中随机抽取90例作为研究对象,借助计算机软件将其平均分为观察组和对照组各45例,其中接受克氏针固定治疗的设为对照组,接受微型钢板固定治疗的设为观察组,比较两种治疗方案疗效差异。结果研究数据显示,观察组和对照组患者术后的优良率分别为43例(95.56%)和30例(66.67%),观察组优良率更高且组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.26,P<0.05);观察组患者术中用时、刀口长度、骨折愈合时间分别为(25.7±6.1)min、(3.3±0.9)cm、(7.4±1.3)周,而对照组患者术中用时、刀口长度、骨折愈合时间分别为(41.6±7.5)min、(5.9±1.6)cm、(9.4±1.0)周,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.25,4.23,4.23,P<0.05)。结论粉碎性关节周围掌指骨骨折的患者接受微型钢板内固定治疗,不仅能够提高术后疗效,而且可以缩短手术用时,提高患者康复速度,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of comminuted phalangeal metacarpal and phalangeal fractures, and to analyze the value and significance of miniature plate internal fixation. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 90 patients with palpebral metacarpal and phalangeal fractures randomly treated with orthopaedic treatment in the hospital were randomly divided into observation groups using random number tables. 45 patients in the observation group and 45 in the control group, those were treated with a Kirschner wire fixation as a control group, and those receiving a mini-plate fixation treatment as an observation group. The difference in efficacy between the two treatment options was compared. Results The study data showed that the excellent rate of the postoperative and postoperative patients in the observation group and the control group were 43 cases(95.56%) and 30 cases(66.67%), respectively. The excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=12.26, P〈0.05); In the observation group, the intraoperative time, length of the incision, and fracture healing time were(25.7 ±6.1)min,(3.3±0.9)cm,(7.4±1.3)weeks, respectively, while the control group used intraoperative time and length fracture healing time was(41.6 ±7.5) min,(5.9±1.6) cm,(9.4±1.0)weeks, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.25, 4.23, 4.23, P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with phalangeal phalangeal metacarpal and phalangeal fractures undergo microplate fixation,which can not only improve the postoperative efficacy, but also shorten the time of surgery, improve the recovery rate of patients, and have significant results. It is worthy of promotion.
