摘要
进入21世纪以来,第八次基础教育课程改革为我国的小学数学教育带来了深刻的变革,数学课程标准的颁布、修订和数学核心素养的提出都对数学课程产生了深远的影响。计算教学也在不断地顺应改革的趋势,从“双基”下的运算技能发展为“四基”下的运算能力,再进一步发展为“数学核心素养”下的运算素养。回顾20年来计算教学的改革历程能为改进课堂教学、落实学科核心素养提供理论参考和实践依据。
Since the beginning of the 21st century,the eighth basic education curriculum reform has brought profound changes to primary school mathematics education in China.The promulgation and revision of mathematics curriculum standards and the proposal of mathematics key competencies have a profound impact on mathematics curriculum.Calculation teaching is also constantly complying with the trend of reform,from the computing skills under the"double bases"to the computing ability under the"four bases"and then to the computing literacy under the"key competencies of mathematics".Looking back on the reform process of computing teaching in the past 20 years,it has provided the theoretical reference and practical basis for improving classroom teaching and implementing the key competencies of the subject.
