从外控逻辑到内生逻辑:贫困地区义务教育控辍保学长效机制探究 被引量:18

From External Control-Based Logic to Endogenous Logic:Exploring the Long-Term Mechanism for Dropout Control in Compulsory Education in Poverty-Stricken Areas

摘要 控辍保学是当今社会关注的热点和难点,贫困地区特别是深度贫困地区控辍保学的形势依然不容乐观,辍学所造成青少年至成人后的内卷化心智模式成为贫困代际传递的重要内在机制。当今贫困地区辍学出现了明显的区域性和阶段性、从被动辍学到自愿辍学、从显性辍学到隐性辍学的特征。究其原因,厌学是辍学的首因,薄弱的家庭文化资本是辍学的先导性原因,社会文化和价值观对辍学家庭和学生有强化影响,学校教育也缺乏吸引力和包容性。控辍保学需要从外控逻辑走向以改善学校教育过程和厚植家长社会支持氛围的内生逻辑转变。要建立潜在辍学者的检测与干预机制,提高学校课程与当地文化适应性以增强学校活力,持续改善贫困地区办学条件,丰富信息渠道转变家长教育观念,切实依法加强控辍保学。 Dropout control is now a hot and difficult issue that attracts social attention,and it faces an unoptimistic situation in poverty-stricken areas,especially in severely impoverished areas;dropping out of school results in mental involution after young children grow up into adults,which has become an important internal mechanism for the intergenerational transmission of poverty. At present,dropping out of school in poverty-stricken areas is characterized by its appearance in particular regions and periods,and the transformation from passive dropping out to voluntary dropping out,and from explicit dropping out to implicit dropping out. School weariness is the first cause for dropping out;the weak cultural capital in the family is the leading cause for it;social culture and values have a strong effect on dropouts and their families;and school education lacks attraction and inclusiveness. Dropout control needs to change from the external control-based logic to the endogenous logic,which helps improve the process of school education and create an atmosphere supported by parents and society. We need to establish a mechanism for detecting and intervening in potential dropouts,improve the adaptability of the school curriculum to local culture,boost the vitality of schools,improve the school-running conditions in poverty-stricken areas,enrich information channels,change parents’ concepts about education,and strengthen dropout control in accordance with the law.
