乡村振兴背景下教育“扶智扶志”长效机制的构建 被引量:5

The Construction of a Long-term Mechanism of Education for “Fu-Zhi-Fu-Zhi” under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

摘要 乡村振兴战略背景下,如何从资源型脱贫向内生性发展转化,从依附性脱贫向自主型振兴转化?其核心关键就是从表层的、局部的改革转向深度的体制机制改革,构建起乡村振兴战略下的教育“扶智扶志”长效机制。本研究在充分把握梳理了学界有关乡村振兴问题以及教育“扶智扶志”长效机制构建问题的相关研究的基础上,尝试性地提出了构建教育“扶智扶志”长效机制的三条基本路径以及相应的改革关键点,即建立利益兼容的新型核心育人机制、营造“绿水青山”的良好教育生态环境体系以及筑造扎实可靠的全方位支持体系,打造助力乡村振兴的教育改革的核心圈、生态圈与保障圈。研究为深入推进新发展阶段乡村振兴战略,助力人的现代化实现提供宏观层面的构建设想。 Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, how to transform from resource-based poverty alleviation to endogenous development?How to transform from dependent poverty alleviation to autonomous revitalization? The key is to shift from superficial and partial reforms to in-depth system and mechanism reforms and to build a long-term education mechanism for Fu-Zhi-Fu-Zhi(increasing people’s confidence and enriching their knowledge).On the basis of fully sorting out the relevant research on rural revitalization and the construction of a long-term mechanism for Fu-Zhi-Fu-Zhi in education, this study tentatively proposes three basic paths to build a long-term mechanism for “supporting wisdom and will” in education and corresponding key points.By establishing a new education mechanism that is compatible with interests, creating a good educational and ecological environment system, and building a solid and reliable all-round support system, the core circle, ecological circle and guarantee circle of rural revitalization education reform are correspondingly created.In order to further promote the rural revitalization strategy in the new development stage and help the realization of human modernization, it provides macro-level construction ideas.
