基于OBE理念的预防医学导论课程的教学改革实践 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的预防医学导论课教学改革效果。方法以我校2018~2019级预防医学专业学生为研究对象,重新设计教学内容和考核方式,并问卷调查改革效果。结果两个年级学生对导论课程内容改革满意,对考核方式认可度高,特别是大一第一学期上课的2019级学生,两个年级学生对预防医学专业的认识程度明显提升。结论基于OBE理念改革预防医学导论课程,实现以学生为主体,以目标为导向,明显提高了教学效果。 Objectives To explore the OBE based reform efficacy for introduction to preventive medicine course.Methods The subjects were undergraduate students of batches 2018 and 2019 majored in preventive medicine from Wenzhou Medical University.Teaching contents and evaluation system were reconstructed,data were collected with questionnaire,and reform results were analyzed.Results The reform efficiency was satisfied,the evaluation system obtained wide acceptance,especially from the students to whom the course was provided at their first semester of college.In addition,academic recognition from students was elevated significantly.Conclusion Through application of OBE based reform the teaching efficacy of introduction to preventive medicine was substantially improved with achievement of student-hosted and goal-oriented education notion.
