摘要
目的:基于OBE理念和标准化病人的临床情景教学改革探索。方法:2020级中医本科班进行临床情景教学试点和效果评价,实验组采用OBE理念的标准化病人临床情景教学模式教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学,以期末总成绩及调查问卷对比2组学生的教学效果。结果:实验组学生课前预习、课中讨论、课后提问、对当前的教学模式感兴趣程度的情况、期末病史采集成绩及医患沟通能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以OBE理念和标准化病人的临床情景教学改革能更好地培养学生的自主学习能力、提高学生的临床技能操作水平;以培养学生的临床思维能力为目标,从理论知识向实践成果的教学转化,提升医学生的医患沟通能力、医学人文素养及临床综合表现能力。
Objective:To explore the reform of clinical situation teaching based on OBE concept and Simulated patient.Methods:The clinical situational teaching pilot and effect evaluation were carried out in the 2020 undergraduate class of traditional Chinese medicine.The experimental group used the OBE concept of simulated patient clinical situational teaching model,and the control group used the traditional teaching methods.The teaching effect of the two groups of students was compared with the final total score and questionnaire.Result:The experimental group's students had higher levels of pre class preview,in class discussion,post class questioning,interest in the current teachingmode,final medical history collection scores,and doctor-patient communication compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical situation teaching reform based on OBE concept and simulated patient can better cultivate students'independent learning ability and improve their clinical skills;The goal is to cultivate students'clinical thinking ability,transform theoretical knowledge into practical teaching,and improve medical students'doctor-patient communication ability,medical humanistic literacy,and clinical comprehensive performance ability.
