摘要
应急物资储备库的合理选址是保障应急救援顺利实施的关键。为得到针对台风灾害的区域应急物资储备库选址方案,通过问题特征分析,建立了考虑台风情景的区域应急物资储备库选址多目标优化模型,并通过k均值聚类算法将台风路径划分为台风情景,进一步结合多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ求解优化问题。基于浙江省实例数据,得到满足问题特征的多目标需求的可行方案,验证了决策方法的有效性。
A rational location of emergency materials reserve was the key to ensure the emergency process.In order to analyze the location of regional emergency materials storage in the background of typhoon disasters,a multi-objective optimization modelon location of regional emergency material reserve site in case of typhoon was established through analysis of the problem characteristics. The methods that typhoon paths division for typhoon scene by k-means clustering algorithm and the application process of multi-objective genetic algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ were proposed. Meanwhile,based on the data of Zhejiang province,a feasible solution to meet the multi-target requirements of problem characteristics was obtained,and the validity of the proposed method was verified.
