摘要
目的:分析某医学院医学生职业精神现状及影响因素,为推动医学院职业精神培育提出针对性的建议。方法:进行调查问卷,借助SPSS 24.0对结果进行统计分析。结果:不同年级、不同专业的医学生职业精神认知不同、职业精神教育不同;多元线性回归分析表明医学生职业精神认知、学校教育对学生职业精神现状均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:医学生职业精神认知和学校教育皆不同程度地影响医学生的职业精神现状,学校应采取必要的措施加强医学生的职业精神教育。
Objective:understand the status of the professional spirit of medical students in a medical college,analyze the influencing factors,and put forward pertinent suggestions for promoting the cultivation of medical college.Methods:the medical students were investigated and the influencing factors were analyzed by questionnaires.SPSS 24.0was used to analyze the results.Results:different grades and different specialties of medical students had different cognition,and different grades and different specialties had different professional spirit education.The results of multiple Regression analysis showed that the cognition and school education had statistical significance on the status of professional spirit of students(P<0.001).Conclusion:The cognition of professional spirit and school education affect the status of spirit in different degree.The school should take necessary measures to strengthen the education of professional spirit.
