摘要 "三导向"人才培养模式的构建,为医学生职业精神能力的提升提供了理论和实践依据,应该不断创新医学生课外实践活动形式,建立科学、规范的医学生职业精神提升培养体系。应该注重对人才培养经验的总结与归纳,突破传统模式下的瓶颈问题,为促进学生的全面发展奠定保障。该文对医学生职业精神能力的含义、内容和特点等进行分析,提出"三导向"人才培养模式下医学生职业精神能力提升的意义及问题原因,探索"三导向"人才培养模式下医学生职业精神能力提升的策略。 The construction of the "three-oriented" talent training model provides theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of medical students’ professional spirit ability. We should continue to innovate the form of medical students’ extracurricular practice activities and establish a scientific and standardized medical students’ professional spirit promotion training system. We should pay attention to the summary and induction of talent training experience,break through the bottleneck problem under the traditional model, and lay a guarantee for promoting the all-round development of students. This article will analyze the meaning, content and characteristics of medical students’ professional mental ability, put forward the significance of improving the professional mental ability of medical students under the "three-oriented" talent training model and the causes of problems, and explore medical students under the "three-oriented" talent training model Strategies to improve professionalism.
