摘要
《关于建立住院医师规范化培训制度的指导意见》把医学职业精神教育贯穿于住院医师教育的始终。作为未来的医生,不管从当前新医改的现实,还是医学生职业精神教育的现状及医生职业精神现状出发,都必须加强医学生的医学职业精神教育。加强医学生医学职业精神培育应从人文课程体系的构建、医学文化的熏陶、社会实践、监督评价、舆论环境、相关政策配套等方面入手。
＂Guidance on establishing standardized residency training system＂ to the education of medical occupation spirit throughout the residency education all the time. As the doctor of the future,no matter from the current situation of the new medical reform reality,and the doctor occupation spirit or medical students occupation spirit education, education must strengthen medical students occupation spirit. To strengthen the construction of curriculum system of medical occupation should cultivate humanistic spirit of medical students,medical culture,social practice,supervision and evaluation,public opinion environment,related policies and other aspects.
