摘要
以龙葵果为研究对象,采用有机溶剂法提取其活性物质,并测定其主要的活性成分,分析龙葵果提取物的抗氧化活性和抗疲劳作用。结果表明,龙葵果提取物的主要活性成分为粗多糖(120.3±7.62)mg/g、总黄酮(42.5±3.42)mg/g、总氨基酸(246.3±11.96)mg/g和总酚(673±13.10)mg/g。抗氧化活性实验表明0.30 mg/mL龙葵果提取物能够清除80.32%的超氧阴离子,0.6 mg/mL龙葵果提取物能够清除98.88%的羟自由基,可见龙葵果提取物具有良好的抗氧化活性。同时小鼠抗疲劳实验表明龙葵果提取物对小鼠具有良好的抗运动疲劳作用。
The Solanum nigrum extract(SNE)was the research object,and its active substances were extracted using organic solvent extraction.The main active substances of SNE were determined.The antioxidant activity and anti-exercise-fatigue activity of which were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of polysaccharide,flavonoid,total amino acid,and total phenols in SNE was(120.3±7.62),(42.5±3.42),(246.3±11.96),and(673±13.10)mg/g,respectively.Antioxidant activity experiments showed that 0.30 mg/mL SNE could remove 80.32%of ultra oxygen anion,and 0.6 mg/mL SNE can remove 98.88%of hydroxyl free radicals,which indicated that SNE had a good antioxidant activity.The results of anti-fatigue test by mice showed that SNE had a good anti-exercise-fatigue activity of mice.
