杏鲍菇总黄酮对过度运动训练的影响 被引量:2

摘要 基于运动员的过度运动训练现状,探索解决这一问题的新策略受到了社会的广泛关注。以试验小鼠作为样本,研究杏鲍菇提取液中总黄酮成分对小鼠过度运动训练过程中训练时间、小鼠体内丙二醛含量以及超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和一氧化氮合酶的影响。研究结果表明,杏鲍菇总黄酮组小鼠的过度运动时间为(84.59±20.31)min,相较于过度运动组的(69.88±23.96)min,延长了21.05%;杏鲍菇总黄酮组小鼠过度运动后血清、肾脏、股四头肌中的丙二醛含量分别为(5.97±0.51)nmol·mL^(-1)、(3.75±0.71)nmol·mL^(-1)、(2.79±0.43)nmol·mL^(-1),相较于过度运动组明显下降;杏鲍菇总黄酮组小鼠过度运动后血清、肾脏、股四头肌中的超氧化物歧化酶含量分别为(240.16±16.99)U·mL^(-1)、(120.37±7.82)U·mL^(-1)、(84.23±6.52)U·mL^(-1),相较于过度运动组明显提高;杏鲍菇总黄酮组小鼠过度运动后肾脏、股四头肌中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量分别为(27.99±1.71)U·mL^(-1)、(35.26±2.98)U·mL^(-1),相较于过度运动组明显提高;杏鲍菇总黄酮组小鼠过度运动后肾脏、血清中的一氧化氮合酶含量分别为(2.55±0.54)U·mL^(-1)、(1.03±0.41)U·mL^(-1),相较于过度运动组明显提高。通过探究杏鲍菇总黄酮对过度运动训练的影响,为解决过度运动训练的损害问题提供一个新的思路。 Based on the current situation of excessive sports training of athletes,exploring new strategies to solve this problem has attracted widespread attention from the society.Taking experimental mice as samples,the effects of total flavonoids in Pleurotus eryngii extract on training time,malondialdehyde content,superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase and nitric oxide synthase in mice during overexercise training were studied.The results showed that the excessive exercise time of the mice in the P.eryngii total flavonoids group was(84.59±20.31)min,which was 21.05%longer than the(69.88±23.96)min of the excessive exercise group.After excessive exercise,in the P.eryngii total flavonoids group,the levels of malondialdehyde in the serum,kidney,and quadriceps muscle were(5.97±0.51)nmol·mL^(-1),(3.75±0.71)nmol·mL^(-1),and(2.79±0.43)nmol·mL^(-1).Compared with the excessive exercise group,the levels of superoxide dismutase in the serum,kidney,and quadriceps femoris of the mice in the P.eryngii total flavonoids group after excessive exercise were(240.16±16.99)U·mL^(-1),(120.37±7.82)U·mL^(-1),(84.23±6.52)U·mL^(-1),respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the excessive exercise group.The kidneys and quadriceps femoris of the mice in the P.eryngii total flavonoids group after excessive exercise,the content of glutathione peroxidase in P.eryngii was(27.99±1.71)U·mL^(-1) and(35.26±2.98)U·mL^(-1),which were significantly higher than those in the excessive exercise group.The contents of nitric oxide synthase in the kidney and serum of the rats after excessive exercise were(2.55±0.54)U·mL^(-1) and(1.03±0.41)U·mL^(-1),respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the excessive exercise group.By exploring the effect of total flavonoids of P.eryngii on excessive sports training,a new idea is provided to solve the damage problem of excessive sports training.
