摘要
某公司气化炉急冷口的百叶窗频繁发生烧蚀,从工艺、设备等方面对烧蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明:引起急冷口烧蚀的原因有急冷气通道堵塞、急冷气量不足、环形空间惰性气体不足和环形空间间隙过大等。采取工艺优化、急冷盒改造、急冷盒百叶窗改造等措施,有效地改善了气化炉急冷口的烧蚀情况。
The blinds of the quench nozzle of a gasifier often ablated.The causes of ablation were analyzed from the aspects of technology and equipment.The results show that the reasons for the ablation of the quench nozzle were the blockage of the quench channel,the lack of quench gas volume,the lack of inert gas in the annular space and the excessive gap in the annular space.The ablation of the gasifier quench nozzle was effectively improved by the measures of process optimization,quench box transformation,and quench box blinds transformation.
