摘要
汽轮机轴瓦的烧蚀会直接影响650MW机组的运行,而很多因素都会导致机组轴瓦产生烧蚀现象,进而影响汽轮机的运行。汽轮机油在发电机组轴系中有润滑、散热和冷却的作用,而汽轮机轴的稳定对机组的正常运行具有重要的意义。本文针对汽轮机轴烧蚀的原因和处理措施进行分析。
The erosion of Turbine Bearing Bush will directly affect the operation of 650MW unit. Many factors will lead to the ablation of the bearing bush, and then affect the operation of the steam turbine. The lubrication, heat dissipation and cooling of turbine oil in the generator shaft system. The stability of steam turbine shaft is of great significance to the normal operation of the unit. In this paper, the causes of turbine shaft ablation and treatment measures are analyzed.
