摘要
针对国华寿光电厂#2机组1000MW发电机漏氢量大的问题,对发电机本体及其附属系统的排查分析,制定了对发电机端盖补胶和重新注胶两步走的处理措施。通过解体发电机端盖,发现密封胶干结固化是漏氢量大的主要原因。最终通过对发电机端盖进行重新注胶的方法,彻底解决了发电机漏氢量大的问题,期望对类似发电机漏氢问题的处理提供参考和借鉴。
The paper aims at the large hydrogen leakage problem of1000MW generator of#2unit in Guohua Shouguang Power Plant,through the investigation and analysis of the generator and its subsidiary system,formulate measures of two step for generator's end cover:curing rubber and re-injecting.Through the disintegration of the cover,finding the dry consolidation sealant is the main reason that contributes to hydrogen leakage.Finally through the method of re-injecting for generator's end cover and completely solve the problem of large amount of generator hydrogen leakage.This paper hopes to provide reference for dealing with similar problems of generator hydrogen leakage.
