摘要 鸳鸯湖电厂1号发电机为QFSN-660-2型汽轮发电机,采用水氢氢冷却方式,正常运行时发电机内氢压高于定子冷却水压力;当定子线棒存在裂纹并发生泄露时,将会导致定子冷却水含氢量急剧升高,从而使定子冷却水进入发电机造成发电机烧损.定子冷却水箱安装氢气泄露检测仪,在线检测定子冷却水箱内氢气含量,当氢气浓度达2%时就会报警.讨论了发电机定子冷却水箱内检测仪报警后的原因分析及处理,为同类机组类似故障处理提供参考. The No. 1 generator in Yuanyang Lake Power Plant is a QFSN-660-2 turbogenerator with water hydrogen cooling. The hydrogen pressure inside the generator is higher than the cooling water pressure inside the stator under normal use. However, if stator bars had cracks and caused leaks, the hydrogen content in the cooling water would increase rapidly and the cooling water pressure inside the stator would be higher than the hydrogen pressure inside the generator. The stator cooling water would flow into the generator and damage the generator. By installing a hydrogen leak detector on the stator cooling water tank, the hydrogen content inside the tank can be detected online. If the hydrogen content reached 2% ,the alarm would be raised. In this paper, the cause of alarm raised by the hydrogen leak detector on the stator cooling water tank was analyzed. Treatment measures were discussed to provide reference for the fault handling of similar units.
