气化炉激冷段环形空间超温分析与改进措施

摘要 针对气化炉激冷段环形空间温度异常上涨的现象进行原因分析并溯源,结果表明激冷气管道内电偶腐蚀产生的垢物堵塞激冷气吹气口,造成激冷气盒子烧损,并造成高温烟气反窜至环形空间导致超温,通过修复激冷气盒子并改进工艺操作,使问题得到了解决。 This paper mainly analyzed the causes of the abnormal temperature rise in the annular space of the quench section of gasifier,and traced the sources.The results show that the scale produced by galvanic corrosion in the quench air pipeline blocks the quench air outlet,resulting in the burning loss of the quench air box,and the high-temperature flue gas flows back to the annular space,resulting in overtemperature.Solutions and improvement suggestions were put forward.
