摘要
为了解国产T91钢在高温受热面管服役时组织性能变化规律,通过对国产T91钢原始材质的检验及在发电机组中高温锅炉管的挂样试验,定期取样进行拉伸、冲击、硬度、持久、微观组织等试验,持续跟踪了高温受热面服役环境下国产T91钢的材质组织性能变化。对合金化原理、强化机理及服役过程中的退化机理进行初步讨论。结论表明:国产T91钢原始材质与进口材质相当,具有良好的强塑性以及强韧性;在高温受热面环境下,固溶强化、位错强韧化、沉淀强化等复合强化有效地保障了高温高压环境下组织性能的稳定;长时间运行后表现为位错密度降低、亚晶的形成、碳化物的粗化、Laves相、Z相的析出等共同作用,导致强化效果的减弱从而材质退化。
In order to find out the regularity of structure and property changes in domestic T91 steel while servicing as high temperature boiler tube, the material property changes of domestic T91 steel as high temperature boiler tube is traced continuously, by checking the original material and samples treated in high temperature boiler tubes in generating units and sampling regularly for tensile, impact, hardness, creeping and mierostructure test. Based on the previous experiments, the principle of alloying, strengthening mechanism and the degradation mechanism in service are discussed primarily. The results indicate as follows: domestic T91 has as good material properties as imported T91, has great strength, plasticity and toughness; solid solution strengthening, dislocation strengthening, precipitation strengthening and other compound strengthening guaranteed the structure properties effectively while servicing as high temperature heating surface; alter long-time service, dislocation density decreasing, subgrain formation, carbides coarsening, Laves phase and Z phase precipitation may deduce the strengthening effect, which may cause the degeneration of the material.
