摘要
循环流化床锅炉运行过程中,锅炉受热面管失效爆管占很大的比例,影响锅炉的安全运行。本文总结了检验过程中遇到的受热面失效形式,分析其原因,为以后检验工作提供参考。
During the operation process of circulating fluidized bed boiler,boiler heating surface failure and tube explosion take up a great proportion,which affects the safe operation of boiler. This paper summarizes the heating surface failure manners encountered during testing and analyzes the causes,which provides reference and basis for testing in the future.
