摘要
目的探讨异环磷酰胺联合左旋米唑治疗对骨肉瘤患者的有效性,以及对血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年7月在该院进行治疗的骨肉瘤患者84例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用左旋咪唑治疗,研究组采用异环磷酰胺联合左旋咪唑治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果,血清IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平,生存,随访状况及药物不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组,两组临床治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者血清IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平均得到不同程度改善,研究组患者血清中IL-2、IFN-γ水平均高于对照组患者,研究组患者血清中TNF-α水平低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者随访期内3年生存率高于对照组患者,随访状况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者骨髓抑制、发热、肝肾功能损伤、脱发总发生率为69.0%,对照组患者总发生率为66.7%,两组总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对骨肉瘤患者采用异环磷酰胺联合左旋米唑治疗,能有效提升治疗效果,还能改善血清IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平,提升患者生存期,改善预后,且不增加药物不良反应发生。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of Ifosfamide combined with Levamisole in the treatment of patients with osteosarcoma,and serum interleukin-2(IL-2),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels.Methods A total of 84 patients with osteosarcoma admitted to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People′s Hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected for this study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with Levamisole,and study group was treated with Ifosfamide combined with Levamisole.The clinical treatment effect,serum IL-2,TNF-α,IFN-γlevels,survival and follow-up status of the two groups were compared,and the adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment effect of study group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference on serum IL-2,TNF-α,IFN-γlevels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,serum IL-2,TNF-αand IFN-γlevels in two groups had varying degrees of improvement,the serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin study group were higher than those in control group,and the serum TNF-αlevel in study group was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate during the follow-up period of study group was higher than that of control group,and the follow-up status of study group was better than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of bone marrow suppression,fever,liver and kidney damage and hair loss in study group was 69.0%,and the total incidence rate in control group was 66.7%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Ifosfamide combined with Levomisole in the treatment of osteosarcoma could effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the serum levels of IL-2,TNF-αand IFN-γ,improve the survival
