摘要
目的构建军队医院文职护士跨区基地化训练核心胜任力指标体系,旨在为培训军队医院文职护士参加跨区基地化训练提供参考依据。方法在文献回顾、理论分析、质性研究的基础上拟定初稿,通过Delphi专家函询法对27名卫勤专家进行2轮函询,拟定军队医院文职护士跨区基地化训练核心胜任力指标体系。结果两轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别是92.59%和100.00%,专家咨询的权威系数为0.891和0.918,第2轮专家函询时,一、二、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.487、0.463、0.456(P<0.01),变异系数<25%。最终构建的军队医院文职护士跨区基地化训练核心胜任力指标体系包括一级指标3条、二级指标15条、三级指标70条。结论用Delphi专家函询法构建的军队医院文职护士跨区基地化训练核心胜任力指标体系具有较高的科学性及可靠性,能为军队医院文职护士参加跨区基地化训练提供依据。
Objective To construct the index system of core competence of trans-regional base training for civilian nurses in military hospitals,and provide reference for training civilian nurses in military hospitals to participate in trans-regional base training.Methods Drew up the first draft on the basis of literature review,theoretical analysis and qualitative research.Through Delphi method,27 medical service experts were interviewed by two rounds of expert letters,and then the index system of core competence of trans-regional base training of civilian nurses in military hospitals was drawn up.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 92.59%and 100.00%,respectively,and the authoritative coefficients of expert consultation were 0.891 and 0.918,respectively.The coordination coefficient of the first,second and third indexes were 0.487,0.463,0.456(P<0.01),and the coefficient of variation<25%.The final index system of core competence of trans-regional base training for civilian nurses in military hospitals included 3 first-grade indicators,15 second-level indicators,70 third-level indicators.Conclusion The core competence index system of trans-regional base training for civilian nurses in military hospitals constructed by Delphi method is scientific and reliable.It can provide the basis for civilian nurses in military hospitals to participate in the training of trans-regional bases.
