摘要
目的了解全军首届新聘文职护理人员的岗前培训需求,为完善文职人员岗前培训提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11名军队医院护理文职人员进行半结构访谈,并用现象学分析法对获得的资料进行分析和整理,提炼出主题。结果文职人员岗前培训的3个主题:岗前培训的必要性,岗前培训的内容及方法。结论岗前培训有很大的必要性,并且培训中应采用循序渐进,因人而异的方式对军事相关的内容进行集中的培训。
Objective To understand the pre-service training needs for the army's first new session of civil nurses and provide a theoretical basis for perfecting the civil personnel's pre-service training. Methods By using the phenomenological research methods of qualitative research,11 civil nurses in military hospitals are interviewed semi-structurally and the phenomenological analysis method is adopted to analyze data and extract the theme. Results Civil personnel's pre-service training has three themes: the necessity,the contents and the methods of the pre-service training. Conclusion It is necessary to conduct a pre-service training,which should be gradual and vary from person to person in the concentrated training of military related contents.
