摘要
目的调查军队非现役文职护士任职培训的实施现状,为军队文职护士任职培训方案的制订提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的军队非现役文职护士任职培训现状调查问卷对33所军队医院的1 819名文职护士实施问卷调查。结果 82.35%的非现役文职护士在任职期间参加过一定形式的任职培训。其中,67.38%参加的是岗前培训,脱产与不脱产培训的比例分别为43.51%和41.41%。培训内容主要涉及思想政治教育、临床护理技术、军事卫勤保障知识与技能、规章制度与法律常识、职业技能拓展培训5个方面;培训方式以集中授课、专题讲座、观看录像和示教练习为主。结论军队非现役文职护士任职培训的内容较宽泛、形式较单一,还没有形成权威的、指导性的培训方案,急需加强军队非现役文职护士任职教育的研究,制订科学的培训制度和方案。
Objective To investigate professional training status of civilian nurses in military hospitals ,and to provide referenee to developing professional training programs. Methods Totally,1 819 civilian nurses from 33 military hospitals were investigated by a self designed professional training status of civilian nurses in military hospitals questionnaire. Results About 82.35% of civilian nurses were participated in some kinds of professional training programs. And 67.38% of them were joined in pre post training. The rate of full time and not full time training were 43.51% and 41.41%, respectively. The main training courses included political education, clin ical nursing skills,military medical services knowledge and skills,regulations and promotion training of vocational capability. The training methods were lectures, spee ches ,watching video and practice. Conclusion The contents of professional training courses for civilian nurses are wide in range,but the forms are not diversified e nough. Until now there is no authoritative or guidance training program. It necessary to formulate scientific trainin svstem and protosal.
