摘要
指出了大坝安全属于公共安全,水库应急处置在大坝安全管理和风险防范中日益突出,大坝溃决会对其下游造成不可估量的损失。为研究梯级土石坝漫顶溃决过程,开展了室外物理模型试验。结果表明:水库数量对漫顶洪水的初始水流条件和漫顶破坏的连续过程有显著影响;梯级溃坝洪水具有叠加效应,水库数量的增加往往加快早期漫顶和溃口发展过程。
Dam safety is one of public safeties,and the emergency treatment of reservoirs is becoming increasingly prominent in dam safety management and risk prevention.The collapse of dam will cause immeasurable loss to its downstream.An outdoor physical model test is carried out to investigate the influence of cascade reservoirs on dam collapse process under overtopping.The results show that the number of reservoirs exerts prominent influences on the initial flow conditions of an overtopping flood and the successive processes of overtopping failures;Given the flood superposition effect in cascade reservoir systems,an increase in the number of reservoirs tends to significantly accelerate the breach development process in the early stage.
