土石坝溃决过程中溃口发展及溃坝洪水计算方法探讨 被引量:9

摘要 水库大坝是我国防洪、抗旱等广泛采用的水利工程措施,但坝体溃决也会造成不可估量的损失。洪水漫顶冲刷导致的溃口发展是土石坝溃决的主要形式。传统计算方法中溃口发展过程一般由用户人为指定,虽然计算方便,但缺乏对水流和坝体之间相互作用关系的考虑。为此,结合已有研究成果讨论了一种新方法来计算溃口发展过程,计算结果表明,溃口发展过程是高度非线性的,若将其作为线性处理,可能会低估最大溃坝流量。 The reservoirs and dams are widely used in flood control and drought resistance in China,but the breach of dam will cause immeasurable losses.The breach process of earth-rock dam causing by flood overtopping erosion is the main reason of earth-rock dam failure.In the traditional calculation method,the process of earth-rock dam breach is generally specified by the user,which is convenient to breach flood calculation,but the interaction between flood flow and dam is not sufficiently considered.To this end,a new method is proposed to calculate breach process based on existing research results.The calculation results show that the breach process is highly nonlinear.If the breach process of earth-rock dam is treated as a linear event,the maximum dam breach discharge may be underestimated.
