摘要
随着人们生活水平的提升,人们对食品安全的关注度也日益加深,急需一种可靠的方法来检测食品的安全问题。本文基于食品安全监管的必要性及检测现状的基础上,通过论述食品安全快速检测的作用,旨在为我国食品安全快速检测技术的实践应用,提供宝贵的建议;为食品安全监管从业人员的研究和工作,提供一定的思考和借鉴。
With the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to food safety,and a reliable method is urgently needed to detect food safety.Based on the necessity of food safety supervision and detection status,this paper discusses the role of rapid detection of food safety,aiming to provide valuable suggestions for the practical application of food safety rapid detection technology in China,and provide some thinking and reference for the research and work of food safety supervision practitioners.
