摘要
随着人们生活水平与质量的提升,社会大众对健康、安全、绿色的食品的需求愈加旺盛。现阶段,我国食品安全面临着环境、生产以及监管等方面的威胁。在市场准入方面,仍然有着不小的漏洞。在这一背景下,加大食品安全快速检测技术的研发与应用,有助于为食品安全筑起一道防火墙,为人们的食品安全提供保障。基于此,本文从食品安全监管快速检测技术的应用情况、社会及市场需求、应用策略等方面展开研究。结果表明,我国需要进一步加大快速检测技术的投入力度,构建相应的支持与保障机制,从而将快速检测技术与食品安全监管有机结合,促使我国食品安全检测行业的健康与高水平发展。
With the improvement of people’s living standards and quality,the public’s demand for healthy,safe and green food is increasingly strong.At present,China’s food safety is facing threats from environment,production and supervision.There are still many loopholes in market access.Under this background,increasing the research and development and application of rapid detection technology of food safety will help build a firewall for food safety and provide guarantee for people’s food safety.In view of this,the author will study the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision,social and market demand,reform suggestions and so on.The results show that China needs to further increase the investment in rapid detection technology and build corresponding support and guarantee mechanism,so as to organically combine rapid detection technology with food safety supervision and promote the healthy and high-level development of China’s food safety detection industry.
