The status since emergence of the ultra high performance liquid chromatography was summarized.The key structure parts of the chromatography column such as the filler and the monolithic column were described in detail.Combining with the specific application examples,the high resolution and high efficiency function of the ultra high performance liquid chromatography in multiple industries was introduced.It was a powerful tool for scientific research and inspection industries.
