摘要
建立了用超快速液相色谱(UFLC)仪测定甲基苯丙胺含量的方法。采用XR—ODS柱,流动相为0.05%磷酸-甲醇(85:15),流速为0.4mL/min,检测波长为215nm。该法在1—5000μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,r2=0.9998,目内与日间保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差均小于6%,样品的加标回收率为92.4%~116.7%,检出限为0.68μg/mL。该方法适用于甲基苯丙胺的定性定量分析。
method for detecting methamphetamine by UFLC using XR - ODS column was established. The mobile phase was phosphate(0.05% ) - methanol (85: 15) , at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min, with 215 nm as the detection wavelength. The method had good linearity at the range from 1 to 5 000 μg/mL, r2 = 0. 999 8. Both intra- day and inter- day precisions expressed by relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area were less than 6%. The recovery was 92.4% - 116.7%. The detection limit was 0.68 μg/mL. The method is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
