摘要
建立了一种超高效液相色谱测定白酒中琥珀酸含量的方法。色谱柱为Waters UPLC C18,以pH为2.3的0.02mol/L KH_2PO_4为流动相,检测波长为210nm,流速为:0.2m L/min,进样量为:10μL。结果:该方法在5mg/L^200mg/L线性范围内相关,相关系数R 2为0.999,白酒样品平均加标回收率为:93.5%,R SD为1.17%。结论:该方法满足白酒中琥珀酸的测定要求,可为白酒中琥珀酸的测定提供参考。
The method of determining the content of succinic acid in liquor was established by UPLC.This method useing Waters UPLC C18 column as column,the mobile phase was 0.02 mol/L KH2PO4(pH=2.3), the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the flowrate was 0.2 m L/min and sample volume was 10μL. Results: linear correlationcould be observed between 5200 mg/L, the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.999, the average recoveries of liquor samples was 93.5%, RSD was 1.17%. Conclusion: this method can be used in the determination of succinic acid of liquor.
