摘要
目的浅析内镜下鼓室置管联合腺样体切除术治疗儿童复发性分泌性中耳炎的疗效及安全性。方法38例儿童复发性分泌性中耳炎患儿作研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组,各19例。对照组给予单纯耳内镜下鼓室置管治疗,观察组给予内镜下鼓室置管联合腺样体切除术治疗。比较两组疗效;中耳积液时间、完全愈合时间、听阈提高幅度、听力复常时间;并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿中耳积液时间、完全愈合时间、听力复常时间均短于对照组,听阈提高幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿并发症发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的31.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下鼓室置管联合腺样体切除术治疗儿童复发性分泌性中耳炎疗效显著,术后恢复情况良好,手术安全性高。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of endoscopic tympanum catheterization combined with adenoidectomy in the treatment of children with recurrent secretory otitis media.Methods A total of 38 children with recurrent secretory otitis media as study subjects were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 19 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic tympanum catheterization,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic tympanum catheterization combined with adenoidectomy.The efficacy,time of middle ear effusion,time of complete healing,range of hearing threshold improvement,time of hearing normalization,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 68.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of middle ear effusion,time of complete healing,time of hearing normalization of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and range of hearing threshold improvement was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 5.26%of the observation group was lower than 31.58%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic tympanum catheterization combined with adenoidectomy shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of children with recurrent secretory otitis media,with good postoperative recovery and high surgical safety.
