摘要
目的 探讨儿童分泌性中耳炎治疗过程中,应用扁桃体联合腺样体切除术治疗的实际临床疗效。方法 方便选取2018年1月—2023年1月于华亭市第二人民医院诊治的56例患儿作为研究对象,经诊断为儿童分泌性中耳炎,根据双盲法分为研究组和参照组,每组28例。参照组给予鼓膜切开置管术治疗,研究组给予扁桃体联合腺样体切除术治疗。对比两组儿童分泌性中耳炎患儿的治疗总有效率、纯音听阈测定阈值、中耳炎6项调查量表(Otitis Media 6-item Survey Scale OM-6)评分、慢性耳病调查量表(Chinese Chronic Ear Scale,CCES)评分。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的纯音听阈测定阈值、OM-6评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的CCES评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 扁桃腺切除术是治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的有效方法,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the actual clinical efficacy of applying tonsil combined adenoidectomy in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.Methods A total of 56 children diagnosed with pediatric secretory otitis media were conveniently selected as the research objects from the Second People's Hospital of Huating City from January 2018 to January 2023,and were divided into study group and reference group according to double-blind method,with 28 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with tympanic incision and catheterization,and the study group was treated with tonsil combined adenoidectomy.The total effective rate of treatment,pure tone auditory threshold measurement threshold,Otitis Media 6-item(OM-6) score and Chinese Chronic Ear Scale(CCES) score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pure tone audiometry threshold and OM-6 score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CCES score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonsillectomy is an effective method for treating pediatric secretory otitis media,and which has certain clinical application value.
