摘要
目的研究分析PICC置管感染患者护理中应用导管维护模式的临床效果。方法将本院2018年8月至2019年8月期间收治的200例行PICC置管治疗发生感染的患者作为研究对象,将其按照入院顺序,奇偶随机分组法分为两组。将入院顺序为奇数者纳入对照组给予其常规护理;将入院为偶数者纳入实验组采用导管维护模式进行护理。对比实验组与对照组患者的护理满意度、护理前后生活质量评分以及SAS、SDS自量表评分。结果实验组患者的护理满意度评分为97.00%,显著高于对照组患者的88.00%,组间差异明显(P<0.05);实验组与对照组患者护理前生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05);实验组与对照组患者护理后生活质量较护理前均有明显改善(P<0.05);实验组患者护理后患者生活质量评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组与对照组护理前SAS、SDS自量表评分均不具备明显差异(P>0.05);实验组患者护理后SAS、SDS自量表评分均显著低于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论PICC置管治疗发生感染患者临床护理中应用导管维护模式,可显著提升其护理满意度以及生活治疗量,同时该护理方式有助于缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提升患者的护理依从性,值得在临床进一步推广使用。
Objective The clinical effect of using catheter maintenance mode in nursing care of patients with PICC catheterization infection was analyzed.Methods The 200 routine PICC catheterization of infected patients admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 was taken as the study object,which was divided into two groups according to the order of admission and the odd-even random grouping method.Those with odd order of admission were included in the control group to give their routine care;those with even number of admission were included in the experimental group to use catheter maintenance mode for care.Compare the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group and the control group,the quality of life score before and after nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS self-scale.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction were 97.00%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 88.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the quality of life before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS self-scale were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of catheter maintenance mode in clinical nursing of patients with infection with PICC catheterization can significantly improve their nursing satisfaction and the amount of life treatment.At the same time,the nursing mode can help to relieve the anxiety and depression of patients and improve the nursing compliance of patients,which is worthy of further popularizing in clinic.
