摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对早产儿脐静脉置管并发症的干预效果。方法将本院2018年6月~2019年12月60例早产儿纳入到研究中,均接受脐静脉置管治疗,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例,观察组给予集束化护理干预,对照组患儿采用常规护理干预模式,比较两组患儿临床护理干预结果。结果观察组患儿脐静脉置管并发症发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组置管时间、住院时间短于对照组,家长对护理人员工作的满意度评分及置管期间新生儿体重增长高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理临床效果明显,可有效降低早产儿脐静脉置管并发症发生率,缩短治疗时间,提高家属满意度。
Objective To investigate the intervention efficacy of bundle nursing on complications of umbilical vein catheterization in premature infants.Methods A total of 60 premature infants in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were included in the research,and all of them were treated by umbilical vein catheterization.They were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The observation group was given bundle nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention mode.Meanwhile,the clinical nursing intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results The complication incidence rate of umbilical vein catheterization in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the catheterization time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,while the parents'satisfaction degree score with nursing staff and the newborn's weight gain during catheterization were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of bundle nursing is obvious,which can effectively reduce the complication incidence rate of umbilical vein catheterization in premature infants,shorten the treatment time and improve the satisfaction degree of family members.
