摘要
目的:分析应用新型敷料联合小切口对口引流在糖尿病足感染溃疡中的干预效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治糖尿病足感染溃疡患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。试验组接受新型敷料联合小切口对口引流干预;对照组接受大切口清创术。比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组干预后疼痛评分低于对照组,且创面愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型敷料联合小切口对口引流术在糖尿病足感染溃疡患者中的应用效果较好,患者疼痛程度降低,愈合时间缩短,可有效促进身体恢复。
Objective:To analyze the effect of new dressing combined with small incision contradrainage on diabetic foot infection ulcer.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,86 cases of patients with diabetic foot infection ulcer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The experimental group received new dressing combined with small incision contradrainage intervention.The control group received large incision debridement.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group and the wound healing rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of new dressing combined with small incision contradrainage in patients with diabetic foot infection ulcer is effective,the pain degree is reduced and the healing time is shortened,which can effectively promote the recovery of the body.
