摘要
目的:探讨非布司他治疗痛风患者对血脂代谢的影响。方法:将我院94例痛风患者随机分为非布司他组与别嘌醇组,别嘌醇组应用别嘌醇治疗,非布司他组应用非布司他治疗,对比疗效。结果:非布司他组治疗3个月后UA水平要显著低于别嘌醇组与治疗前(P<0.05);非布司他组治疗后TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平改善程度要显著优于别嘌醇组与治疗前(P<0.05);非布司他组不良反应发生率是9.57%,别嘌醇组是31.91%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:非布司他治疗痛风患者具有显著疗效,能有效改善血脂代谢,副作用少,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of febuxostat on blood lipid metabolism in patients with gout.Methods:94 patients with gout in our hospital were randomly divided into febuxostat group and allopurinol group,allopurinol group was treated with allopurinol,and febuxostat group was treated with febuxostat,and the effects were compared.Results:The UA level in the febuxostat group after 3 months of treatment was significantly lower than that in the allopurinol group and before treatment(P<0.05);the TG,TC,HDL-C,and LDL-C levels in the febuxostat group after treatment The degree of improvement was significantly better than that of the allopurinol group and before treatment(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the febuxostat group was 9.57%and that of the allopurinol group was 31.91%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Febuxostat has a significant effect on gout patients,can effectively improve blood lipid metabolism,and has fewer side effects,which is worthy of promotion.
