摘要
目的:分析对上消化道异物实施常规胃镜治疗以及无痛胃镜治疗的效果及安全性。方法:在本院2017年2月~2019年3月入院接受治疗的上消化道异物患者中选择84例进行分组治疗,依据双盲法进行分组,各42例。对照组实施常规胃镜治疗,观察组实施无痛胃镜治疗,对比疗效。结果:观察组治疗时间为(7.8±1.2)min,明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.8%明显低于对照组21.4%(P<0.05)。对比治疗总有效率,观察组为97.6%明显高于对照组85.7%(P<0.05)。结论:与常规胃镜相比,无痛胃镜治疗上消化道异物的效果十分理想,治疗时间更短,不良反应发生率更低,应用价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of routine gastroscopy and painless gastroscopy in the treatment of foreign body in upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2019,84 patients with foreign body in the upper digestive tract were divided into groups according to double-blind method,42 cases each.The control group was treated with routine gastroscopy,and the observation group was treated with painless gastroscopy.Results:The treatment time of the observation group was(7.8±1.2)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.8%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 21.4%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 85.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional gastroscope,painless gastroscope is very effective in the treatment of foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract,with shorter treatment time,lower incidence of adverse reactions,and higher application value,which is worth popularizing.
