非布司他治疗痛风及高尿酸血症的效果及不良反应 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析非布司他对痛风及高尿酸血症的治疗效果。方法将我院收治的72例患者随机分成三组各24例,分别为别嘌呤醇组(A1组)、非布司他80 mg组(A2组)、非布司他40 mg组(A3组),对比三组治疗前后的肝肾功能、血清尿酸水平以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗初始,A1组、A2组的效果优于A3组(P<0.05),但A1和A2组比较(P>0.05)。治疗一段时间后,三组效果均有所下降,其中A2、A3组下降最明显。3组患者治疗过程中的不良反应比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非布司他可有效降低血清尿酸,使用80 mg非布司他的效果优于40 mg组,但提升了痛风发作的可能性。
