摘要
目的了解军医大学本科生专业认同现状及其影响因素,为军校医学人才的培养提供理论参考。方法采用整群抽样法,于2020年6~7月采用一般情况调查表、大学生专业认同量表对801名某军医大学在校本科生进行现况调查。结果军医大学本科生专业认同得分为(90.86±17.18)分,其中情感性维度得分最高。多元线性回归分析结果显示,学员性质、是否担任学员骨干、是否有课余爱好、家庭对所学专业支持程度和对手机依赖程度是专业认同的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论军医大学本科生的专业认同处于较高水平,军校应重点发挥情感性因素对专业认同的积极作用,重视无军籍学员的思想教育,加强手机管理,鼓励学员发展健康的课余爱好并积极参选学员骨干,定期与家长沟通交流,不断提升军医大学本科生的专业认同水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of major identity in undergraduates of a military medical university and its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical reference for the cultivation of military medical personnel.Methods General condition questionnaire and undergraduate major identity scale were used to explore the status quo of major identity in 801 undergraduates of a military medical university included by cluster sampling from June to July 2020.Results The score of major identity was(90.86±17.18),with the highest score noted in the emotion dimension.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the nature of the students,role as backbone among the students,after-school hobbies,the degree of family support for their majors,and the degree of dependence on mobile phones were the main factors affecting the major identity of military medical students(P<0.05).Conclusion Undergraduates in military medical universities have high major identity level.The universities should focus on the positive effect of emotion factor on the identity,attach importance to the ideological education for the students with no military status,and enhance the mobile phone management.Moreover,the universities should encourage the students to develop healthy after-school hobbies,run for backbone role and have regular communication with parents,in a bid to improve the major identity level of the undergraduates.
