摘要
目的:探讨某医院助产士职业认同和离职意愿的相关性。方法:选择该院48名助产士作为研究对象,采用《职业认同量表》和《离职意愿量表》对其进行调查。结果:助产士职业认同平均得分为(105.59±16.83)分,离职意愿平均得分为(7.65±1.89)分。而工作年限>5年者显著优于≤5年者(P<0.05)。助产士职业认同与离职意愿呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:该院助产士存在一定程度的离职意愿并具有中低度的职业认同,尤其年资低的助产士。
Objective: To explore the correlation between occupational identity. Methods: A total of 48 midwives were included in this study. Occupational Identity Scale and Turnover Intention Scale were applied in this survey. Results: Average score of occupational identity in these midwives was 105.59±16.83 points and average score of turnover intention was 7.65±1.89 points. Midwives with working years >5 years were better than those with working years ≤ 5 years. Occupational identity was materially associated with turnover intention(P<0.05). Conclusion: Midwives have a certain degree of turnover intention and a medium to low level of professional identity, especially among those with low levels of seniority.
