摘要
目的了解医生的职业认同状况并探讨其影响因素。方法采用"我的职业情景量表"中职业同一性分量表,分层随机抽取成都市某三级甲等医院共141名医生进行调查。结果医生职业认同得分为(10.99±4.87)分,其中职业兴趣维度得分最低,能力评价维度得分最高;不同年龄、从业时间医生之间职业认同得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、收入水平、学历、职务、职称、婚姻状况的医生之间职业认同得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论成都市某三甲医院医生的职业认同处于中等或以上水平,从业时间、年龄、职称对医生职业认同有影响;性别、收入水平、学历、职务、婚姻状况对医生的职业认同无影响。
Objective To investigate the present situation of doctors′professional identity and the influence factors.Methods 141 physicians were selected from a 3Agrade hospital by means of the stratified random sampling and investigated with the subscale Vocational Identity Scale（VIS）of My Vocational Situation Scale（MVS）.Results The mean score of VIS was（10.99±4.87）points,and the results showed that the score in the dimension of Vocational Interest was the lowest and that in the dimension of Capacity Evaluation was the highest.There were significant differences in age,length of service（P〈0.05）,and there were no significant differences in gender,income level,educational background,position,professional title and marital status（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The doctors′professional identity in the 3Agrade hospital was no less than the medium level.The length of service age,and professional title have influence on doctors′professional identity,while the gender,income level,educational background,position and marital status have no effect on it.
