精神专科医院医务人员职业认同与留职意愿研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查精神专科医院医务人员职业认同与留职意愿现状以及二者之间关系,为稳定精神卫生人才队伍提供建议。方法采用职业认同量表、留职意愿量表对四川省某二级精神专科医院和某三级精神专科医院的医务人员进行问卷调查。结果调查对象总体职业认同水平处于中等偏上,在医院级别、职称上差异有统计学意义;留职意愿总体处于中等偏上水平,在医院级别上差异有统计学意义;职业认同与留职意愿呈显著正相关(p<0.01)。结论精神专科医院医务人员职业认同、留职意愿有提升空间,着力增强其职业认同有助于提高留职意愿,有利于稳定精神卫生人才队伍。 Objective To investigate the status quo of professional identity and retention willingness of medical staff in psychiatric hospitals and the relationship between them;To provide suggestions for stabilizing the mental health talent team.Methods Medical staff in a second-level psychiatric hospital and a third-level psychiatric hospital in Sichuan Province were surveyed by questionnaires using the professional identity scale and retention willingness scale.Results The overall professional identity of respondents was above the middle level,and it had difference in hospital level and professional title statistically significantly.The retention willingness was generally above the middle level,and it had significant difference in the hospital level.There was a significant positive correlation between professional identity and retention willingness(p<0.01).Conclusion There is room for improvement in the professional identity and retention willingness of medical staff in psychiatric hospitals.Strengthening their professional identity will help increase their retention willingness and stabilize the mental health talent team.
