摘要
目的:了解女性医生职业倦怠水平和社会支持状况的相关性。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样方法对240名三级甲等综合医院的女性医生进行调查。结果:北京市三甲医院女性医生“情感耗竭”(EE)的分值高于MBI参考值,“自我成就感”(PA)的分值低于MBI参考值,且差异具有统计学意义;女性医生社会支持总分较高,职业倦怠和社会支持之间呈显著负相关。结论:女性医生具有相当程度的职业倦怠感,虽然本次调查对象的社会支持整体水平较为稳定,但二者间的相关性提示改善该群体的职业倦怠状况,需从多角度给予关注和支持。
Objective: To study the correlation between job burnout and social support for female doctors. Methods: Stratified multiple phases sample method was adopted, 240 female doctors were assessed. Results: The average score of Emotion exhaustion ( EE ) was higher than that of Maslach sample and the score of Depersonification (DP) was lower than that of Maslach sample. The total score of social support in female doctors was relative high. Job burnout had negative relevance to social support. Conclusion : Job burnout of female doctors is in some degree. Although this survey sample has stable social support, the correlation between job burnout and social support suggest to give them more support from mutiple angles to improve their mental status.
