海洋木霉属真菌次生代谢产物活性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着陆生微生物被不断筛选和研究以及病原体的耐药性越来越严重,人们对微生物天然产物或活性物质的研究开始逐渐深入到海洋环境。根据近代研究表明,海洋来源木霉属真菌能显著抑制某些病原菌、抑制部分酶的活性以及具有抗肿瘤和抗衰老等活性。本文通过查阅大量文献资料,对海洋来源不同种类的木霉属真菌次生代谢产物的生物活性进行总结归纳,以便于今后的研究。 With the continuous screening and research of terrestrial microorganisms and the increasingly serious drug resistance of pathogens,the research on the natural products or active substances of microorganisms began to gradually deepen into the marine environment.Recent studies have shown that marine trichoderma fungi can significantly inhibit certain pathogens,inhibit the activity of some enzymes,and have anti-tumor and anti-aging activities.In this paper,a large number of literatures were reviewed to summarize the biological activities of secondary metabolites of trichoderma fungi from different marine sources,so as to facilitate future studies.
